Rental Terms
To make your car rental quick and hassle-free, please take a moment to read our rental terms. For any additional questions, we are available every day from 8 AM to 6 PM.
1Driver requirements
- The minimum driver age is 21 years.
- A driving licence must have been valid for at least 2 years.
- An ID card or passport and a valid driving licence are required for rental.
- Only the person named in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.
2Payment
- Rental is paid in advance, in cash or by card.
- Prices are in euros, per rental day (24 hours). The standard price list is valid from October to May; a seasonal price list applies during summer.
3Vehicle pickup and return
- The vehicle is picked up and returned at the agreed time, at our office (Kralja Tvrtka 9, Sarajevo) or another agreed location.
- By arrangement, we deliver and collect vehicles at your address or the airport.
- Returning the vehicle more than 2 hours late is charged as an additional rental day.
4Fuel and mileage
- The vehicle is picked up with a full tank and returned with a full tank (full-to-full).
- Mileage within Bosnia and Herzegovina is unlimited.
- Crossing the state border is possible only with prior notice and approval, with the appropriate documentation (green card).
5Insurance and liability
- All vehicles carry mandatory insurance and undergo regular technical inspections.
- The renter is liable for damage caused by gross negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or violating traffic regulations.
- Traffic fines incurred during the rental period are borne by the renter.

6Booking cancellation
- You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed pickup time.
- To change your booking dates, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.
